At this very moment, I'm typing on a Macbook Pro which is stacked on top of another (closed) Macbook. I have a quivering, towering stack of papers, books, and notes near my right elbow. Oh and I never unpacked from my author signing in Nashville. In September. Ahem. Mainly because my office is beyond blah. Beginning November 1st, I'm going into full-on office renovation mode, but until then, I'm scouring Instagram for inspiration.

As you can tell, I'm floating somewhere in between minimalist and colorful. Organized but not to stuffy. And fun, but not distracting. What's your office like?
