This is week three for the series, on sundays we make lists, a  project designed for fellow list lovers like myself. Get this week's list here.

This week's list is about happiness: what makes us happy...and what we can do to make others happy. As I wrote the list, I was shocked to see how much I hate housework show up...and just how grateful I am when someone else does it for me!

Here's my list (in no particular order):
 

• puppies on a leash for the first time
• a meal I don't have to cook
• candles at dinner time
• waffles for breakfast
• hugs
• sangria with fresh fruit
• a new journal
• charm
• dirty limericks
• my niece's laugh
• awkward moments
• fresh flowers
• a smile from a stranger
• handwritten notes
• mixtapes
• blowing kisses
• laughing with a new friend
• a phone call from a friend
• someone else doing the dishes
• blowing kisses
• hopscotch

• What I will do this week to make other people smile:

I already smile at strangers, but this week I'll give flowers to a friend, mail a handwritten note and (gulp) take an extra turn doing dishes.
