Play On Playa

A small motto -

Do more of the things which make you smile. Help others smile. Be willing to have uncomfortable conversations. Laugh, dance, sing and try new things. Always clean up your own mess.

If you can't guide someone through the dark, at least don't turn out any more lights. Take your work seriously, but not yourself.

Don't be an asshole. Don't hang out with assholes.

Don't knock it 'til you've tried it.

When you're in a room with smart people, shut up and listen. Or maybe not shut up, but ask questions and listen to the answers.

Know when to walk away. Know when to run as fast as you can, in the opposite direction. Know when to stay. Know that you can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved.

Don't make fun of people who have less than you. Don't envy people who have more than you. Try to be happy with what you have. But if you want more, do the stuff that will get you more.

The more mentioned above shouldn't just be stuff. Stuff is ok, but too much stuff isn't. Wanting more stuff is like a snake eating its' own tail...there's always more to eat. Always more to get.

Be kind to old people. You'll be old someday. Be kind to kids. You were their age, once. Kindness isn't the same as weakness.

Play more. Play on.

Play on, playa.
