eleven ways to let the light in
Burnout is real, y'all. I have two new books coming out in April, and lately my life is one big to-do list.
Here's how I slow down and let the light in:
1. turn off Facebook (and Twitter, and Instagram, and Snapchat...)
2. let the sun shine on your face
3. make a list
4. eat real food
5. compliment someone (anyone!)
6. say what you mean and mean what you say
7. take a nap
8. read a book
9. listen to your favorite song
10. do something nice for someone else
11. exercise
